Caretaker's Cabin

The 2025 Design Assembly produced a caretaker's cabin for Squam Lakes Association, a non-profit conservation and education organization. After a brief exhibit at the SLA main campus, the cabin was permanently placed on an old tent platform on a point of conserved forest land owned by the New England Forestry Foundation. This little building was made with native wood that was grown, harvested, milled, and seasoned right on the shore of Squam Lake.
